These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AREXA website located at https://arexa.ai, the AREXA platform at https://app.arexa.ai, applications, tools, content, community channels, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by AREXA (UAE) (“AREXA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company being incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Services.
By using AREXA, you represent and warrant that:
AREXA provides market analysis, structural intelligence, and decision-support tools based on data modeling, fractal analysis, behavioral dynamics, and AI-assisted systems.
Important Clarifications
You remain solely responsible for any trading, execution, or financial decisions you make.
AREXA currently covers BTC on OKX and is offered in three plans:
AREXA never holds, receives or transfers your funds. Your funds remain on your exchange account.
Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:
You acknowledge that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, including loss of capital.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

AREXA is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure credentials.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). Every plan is billed at $250 per month for the first 3 monthly billing periods. From the 4th billing period the standard price applies: AREXA Manual $750 per month, AREXA Auto · new OKX account $750 per month, and AREXA Auto · my OKX account $1,500 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing, billing cycles, and terms are disclosed again at the time of purchase.
All fees:
The first 500 paying members are founding members.
AREXA may issue codes that waive some or all fees, for example to invited members, partners or the AREXA team. Codes are personal, may expire or be limited in uses, have no cash value and may be withdrawn.
You can cancel at any time from the platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep setups and trading. Nothing changes on your exchange account: your account, positions and safety stops remain yours to manage.
AREXA reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
AREXA may provide access to community platforms (e.g., Telegram, Discord).
By participating, you agree to:

Violation may result in immediate termination.
All content, software, algorithms, models, branding, trademarks, and materials provided through AREXA are the exclusive property of AREXA or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
AREXA may use AI-driven and automated systems to analyze data and generate outputs.
You acknowledge that:
Except for the order placement you authorise through AREXA Auto (section 9.1), AREXA does not use automated systems to make legal or financial decisions on your behalf.
You connect an OKX account, either a new account opened through AREXA’s partner link or an account you already hold, by authorising AREXA on OKX’s own page or with an API key you create. AREXA requests read and trade permissions only, never withdrawal permission.
If you activate AREXA Auto, you authorise AREXA to place, amend and cancel orders on your connected account, including a protective (safety) stop for each position, according to the AREXA strategy and within the capital and settings you choose. You can pause AREXA Auto or disconnect your account at any time. AREXA Auto requires a starting balance of at least $20,000, checked once when you activate it.
Orders may not be filled, or may be filled at different prices, because of market conditions, exchange outages, rate limits, connectivity or other causes outside AREXA’s control.
The Services may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms, or services.
AREXA is not responsible for:
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
OKX is AREXA’s official exchange partner. Your relationship with OKX is governed by OKX’s own terms, and OKX, not AREXA, holds your assets. AREXA may receive compensation from OKX in connection with accounts opened or trading carried out through AREXA’s partner link. This does not change the fees you pay AREXA.
Your use of the Services is subject to the AREXA Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AREXA disclaims all warranties, including:

AREXA’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AREXA in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AREXA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
AREXA may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (and, where applicable, the laws of the emirate or free zone in which AREXA is established), without regard to conflict of law principles.
The competent courts or forum will be confirmed once the legal entity is incorporated.
AREXA may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective upon publication.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and AREXA regarding the Services.
